  • Bore and Stroke: 50mm x 40mm; Better adjusting clutch a little before riding; Excluding manual; 50mm bore; Improved magneto as well; Use the CDI with 2 head
  • Cylinder inner diameter 50mm; Piston outside diameter 50mm; 8mm front and rear mount studs; 40mm alum intake stud spacing
  • 1. For new motor run-in period is 300km at least. 2. During run-in period, it is prohibited to accelerate throttle handle too fast, you can grip the handle slowly (step by step), or the motor will be locked up. 3. Mixing ratio of fuel and engine oil: 16:1 for new sets, 20:1 after running 500km.

If you like to save money don’t rev it to high rpm. Rev till it breaks. Very nice engine top 52kph on it.

I don’t think the company is aware of this. Very dangerous and could have cost me what little I have. Thank God I figured this out and used old clutch plate cover from other companies engine.However, the CDH engine runs very well through hard work. Thank A. P and CDH for making it easier to at least get some where without a vehicle.

can produce real power! made my own head on a lathe.now they offer a nice head and gaskets too! that twin plug head warped right a way. but i used it to make a poor ashtray.

This is the 2nd one of these I purchased. The engine runs great and it would’ve had a 5 star rating except for the idiotic idea of electroplating the cylinder wall instead of sleeving it.I know in the manufacturing industry time is money and corners are cut to save time. But whoever had the idea of electroplating the cylinder wall deserves the biggest award for the dumbest idea EVER!!!One of the main reasons I ordered this engine is because I assumed it had a iron sleeve like the last motor I purchased.I’ll be lucky if this cylinder lasts a month before causing problems. If I had the means to do it, I would bore the cylinder and sleeve it myself.All said and done, I would’ve gladly given the 5 stars if it wasn’t for the electroplating of the cylinder wall.This will be the last 2 stroke engine I use. When this cylinder fails I will be purchasing an electric bike that I have been looking at.If you don’t plan on using this motor for your sole transportation like I do, the cylinder may hold up just fine, idk.I have also noticed every cylinder I have looked at is claiming to be electroplated so I can’t even purchase a different cylinder.I hope this review saves money for people who read it by not purchasing this corner cutting failed attempt at saving a dollar.I also notice the sellers don’t mention the kind of metal used to electroplate the cylinders either. I would think something like a hard and tough metal as hard chrome.That is my review of this purchase.
