Held together by the artery which quickly slips and allows the skull to fall down. Spend a few extra bucks and get one that is more anatomically accurate and sturdy.

The only significant issue is that this model does not demonstrate cervical lordosis. This is made worse by the fact the the model is not able to be manipulated.
