2 out 4 4 worked fine, the other 2 don't seem to line up with the indent on the plug end, so pushing the plug all the way in puts the tab connects both terminals to the ground. I suspect poor quality control. At least they are fairly cheap.

They work. Lite weight connectors but they do the job if you shrink tube the back of the cover to the wire.

These jacks are good for lite use and will serve the purpose . For what I am using them for they are great : however I would not recommend using in a pro sound scenario etc.

as some others have mentioned, these are not consistent for how they are connected. Some the square pole are tip, others it's ring. The only way to know for sure is to test before wiring. other than that they work okay.

These have been reviewed before as poor connections. They are very badly designed and will not work with a stereo (TRS or 3 conductor) connector. The plug does not seat in this connector and instead rattles loosely (up to 3/16" of slop). Solid easy to solder TRS stereo contacts with standard stress relief bend tab on ground. After checking integrity of soldering I filled up with silicone which gushed down thru plastic cover and plastic stress relief tail to provide very good stress relief of tail with wiring.
