I've been using this fryer about once a month for a year now and it still holds up great and performs great. Its pretty easy to clean since the main oil pot is removable. You definitely need a container for holding the oil after use though without that this would be impossible to maintain.

Not packaged so well. Don’t know if that was manufacturer or Amazon. Minor damage… but wasn’t worth the extra hassle to object. Time will tell on design and function. One design flaw noted: when basket is up and hanging… it actually hangs over the edge allowing small drops of oil on the exterior or the fryer… or the countertop.

Hasta el momento la freidora ha esta funcionando sin ningún problema, alcanza rápidamente la temperatura que se seleccione, es de buen tamaño, eso si, ocupa mínimo un litro y medio de aceite para que se fría bien la comida. En cuanto a la construcción, la canastilla esta bien, no presenta ningún tipo de rebaba, el recipiente del aceite se siente grueso, resistente, lo único es que en ciertas partes de la orilla, no en toda la orilla, da la apariencia de que al lavarlo y se te resbale te puede cortar, es lo único que no me agrada, el recipiente y la resistencia junto con el control de temperatura se sostienen mediante una base de una lámina delgada, que tiene al costado dos agarraderas, en mi caso a una de ellas le hizo falta un tornillo, no afecta en nada el funcionamiento. En cuanto a la limpieza la verdad no es complicado, por el costo y el tamaño, considero esta bien.

Looks and performs well. Heats up fast. Very good for the price. Easy to clean. I don’t leave the oil in it. I take it out and clean after each use. Hope it lasts

This is a great deep fryer....this is my second one...bought one for our cabin...good temps and easy to clean
