This works great! It was pretty stiff when I first placed it on the dash, but after a few days it seems to loosen up and holds my items up there really well! Works great for my Ford Explorer.

This is a really cute little rubberized mat with a checkerboard understated design to it an it has a tiny raised edge. I didn't even know they made these things but am glad to have found it. Requested this in exchange for a Vine review for my suburban and it fits well. Looks fun but not too flashy. I like to put the key fob and the garage door opener on it so they're easy to grab when I get home. It can hold more than that but I don't want to load it up and have room for other things in other areas around the drivers seat. It sticks to the dashboard without leaving a mark. Not sure how it will last and work through a hot SC summer where our temps get above the high 90's some. I cant really make it work on my console because of the phone charging dip in the middle so its on the dash for now. I probably won't leave it on the dash thru the hottest part of the summer just to be cautious. Even though it states its heat-resistant I don't want to risk fading of my dash underneath where this little mat sits. I do love this little thing and its easily rinsed off too.

A handy item for the car, sits on the dash with a backing that keeps it from sliding around. I got the raised edge, I don't know why anyone would get the flat, the raise edged gives a little more protection from things sliding off. It's not huge, but it's big enough for the occasional item you might want or need to throw on your dash.

I requested this item because I am constantly taking sunglasses or glasses on an off, then putting them up and having to search for them when needed. Either they fell on the floor or got put in glove box or in passenger seat. Having them right on my dash where I could access them quickly and safely without taking my eyes off the road was a big selling point.When I opened the item I wasn't sure how well it might work, it looked like a flat piece of rubber. I first tried sitting it on my dash with nothing on it, tried going on interstate, sudden turns and stops and it didn't move at all. I then tried putting my eye glasses case on it and repeating the previous steps and the glass case stayed in place. After testing multiple items from glasses, to cellphones, to a water bottle all stayed in place. It's important to note I have the one with the raised edge, which I recommend as it allows you to store more items on it.Overall this item is well worth the cost, I would like to see larger ones or ones designed to go on the dash with a cutout to go around cellphone holder. I recommend this to anyone who spend a lot of time driving it can even replace a cellphone holder for those who cannot drive with a cellphone holder. It takes of very little space and does it's job perfectly. Only bad thing is I wish I had two. These can also be good stocking stuffers.

Originally the checkered print attracted me to this item lol but wow! This comes in handy for so many random different things. Somewhere to throw my keys, phone, anything else that I am running around with always seem to lose. It’s easy to wipe down and stays in place nicely!
