This is exactly what I was looking for! The stainless steel makes for easy clean up by a quick hand wash or popping it in the dishwasher. This makes for an easy solution to a charcuterie board for those cheeses you do not want to slice ahead of time. You can tighten the screws which is a nice touch depending on the cheese you are enjoying. For 5 bucks you would be hard pressed to find a cheaper solution.
