I'm 5'9" and 125-130 lbs. My waist measurement matches the XSmall and my hip measurements match the Small. I chose the Small because I'd prefer my pants baggy rather than too tight. The Small was WAY too big, almost falling off me, looks like a weight loss ad. I returned them for an XSmall, but these are tighter than I would like. I may need to return them, too. Have not yet decided.

I'm wondering if these pants were mislabeled. I wear a size large in every brand of scrubs I've ever purchased. These felt like a XXL instead of a Large. They were way too big and way too long. I got the matching tops in a size Large and they fit great. Not sure what's happening with the sizing on the pants.

Amazing scrub pants. I work in a level 1 trauma center/ER so I am always moving and busy. The stretch in these pants are great when you have to bend, squat, run, restrain psych patients, etc. They are also very light weight which is great for me because I am very hot blooded so they keep me cooler and more comfy than any other scrubs I have worn.Also great is the amount of pockets they have as I am always stuffing my pockets with items I needs due to not always having time to get items out of carts on the fly. I also love that they have belt loops which come in handy to clip items to.Fit was as expected. I am 6'2", 195 lbs and the large fit very well when I tie the draw strings on the waist. They also have elastic in the waist which helps with fit as well.
