WHAT MAKES CHESTER’S BAT PINS SO SPECIAL?
You heard it here first: “not all bat pins are created equal”. Imagine throwing a beautiful piece on the wheel. You are about to begin pulling the walls of your form when you hear “click tick click tickkkk”… You immediately start to think: “I wish my bat pins did not come loose”. Well Chester has a solution. Our bat pins include premium threads, not standard like the other guys. This enables our bat pins to be secured to your wheel head tighter and for much longer. Our bat pins are 100% stainless steel, which means they will never rust. Lastly, our bat pins are compatible with all standard pottery wheel heads and a myriad of pottery bats.

Chicks the links. I had to use an hacksaw and a very fine triangular file to get it to clear. Aside from that they work fine, why wouldn't they?

Got these for pottery. They fit into the 7.5” square Speedball bat just barely, but the head is too big to fit the 12” round Speedball bat. Disappointed since the branded ones are out of stock and there don’t seem to be any good options on Amazon.

Not much to say- they are stainless steel, sturdy, and fit my wheel head. The head sticks up high enough to sit inside my chunky bat system and hold it securely.

Fits perfectly on the wheel - just what I needed to use bats at the new studio I joined. I can add and remove easily at the beginning and end of class.

These pins screw in just fine in my Shimpo wheel. They have held up to clay and water well. The size fits my standard bats such as speedball.
