These fit perfect. Love them so much we leave them on the truck even when not towing.

Very disappointed with these. They need to make the mirrors adjustable. Passenger side all I can see is the ditch on the other side of the road, not the back of my camper. Need to be able to adjust it in. On the drivers side I can see the back of the camper, but I have to bend down to see it. Needs to be adjusted up but can't.

I appreciate the others who reviewed this product as the passenger side assembly had the hold but was not tapped at all. A quick trip to local Ace Hardware and $7 later the problem was solved. So, Easy to Install is a 3 - really easy after tapping the hole. (I agree with others that this is a terrible QC issue with the manufacturer.) Mirrors fit snugly and are easily adjusted - I did squirt a little WD40 onto the ball on the inside of the casing and worked it a few times before mounting onto the vehicle. The mirrors stay in place and have no vibration on the highway. My vehicle has factory folding mirrors. I did trim the lower inside edge of the CIPA casing about a half inch with a hacksaw (straighter cut than Dremmel tool) which fixed the issue of the casing hitting the molding around the window. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and product.

These mirrors fit my 2014 ram 1500 perfectly and provide the additional viewpoint I need to keep an eye on my longer trailer. They were extremely easy to install. They remove and stow easily.I keep them in a pillowcase in the trailer so whenever I’m hooking up I will always have them available.

These are an acceptable alternative to expensive factory tow mirrors. If you understand they have limitations, and use them carefully they will work okay. They fit very well over the side mirrors on my truck.Out of the box we have a couple problems.First problem: flashing from the plastic molding process left over on some areas. Inspect close and remove excess flashing that could scratch your mirrors when you install these. Use a pocket knife to clean it off. If you do not have a pocket knife then find a real man somewhere, he will have a pocket knife and know how to use it. Do not install if your mirrors are covered in dirt / mud / bird crap / etc , they need to be clean to prevent scratching your stuff Brah.Second Problem: It looks obvious to me that the holes that are tapped (threaded) in the unit, were tapped from the inside with a tapered tap, and they did not run the tap all the way thru the hole to complete the threads. Because you have to insert and thread the knob that tightens the mirror from the outside, you never have a chance at properly screwing it in, as the threads on the outside were never fully formed due to the tapered tap not being run far enough through to form any real amount of threads on the outside of the hole in the mirror housing. But how do I fix that Old Shop man ? Simple, Get yourself a 3/8-16 Tap, run it thru the hole all the way in and back out. This will complete the task that was not completed when they were fabricated. Blow out the hole, put a very little Carnauba wax or something like the old Johnson & Johnson floor wax on the threads of the knob and screw it in.Do not over tighten when following the instructions for installation. Check it now and then when towing. Works well for short trips. Long trips ? get the real thing

Bought these to tow my 28ft bunk house travel trailer with my 2010 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. While, they do work OK i would say that, they are not great. The fit is good, they are on and off quickly which i do like. What i do not like is that the mirrors themselves can be a bit of a pain to get lined up where you want them. I also do not like that after using them a few times, they have scuffed my OE mirrors. For the money, you get what you pay for. These are loads cheaper than the OE Dodge tow mirrors and for that, they fit the bill well. Do they work? Sure do. But they are not perfect and i wouldn't expect them to be.
