I have several of these throughout my house and office, they work extremely well, very easy to customize configuration, features, paging etc. When connecting with just a power cube4 and WiFi it works just as well as being connected to Ethernet. Highly recommend, and Ipcomms.net for 40$/mo HPBX service with unlimited extensions.

I bought this as a spare for my office system. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it immediately, and only opened it about 3 months later. It does not work, the power keeps turning off while running on POE. When I contacted the seller they refused to replace it.I understand the return window, but if it is faulty, they should have replaced it no matter the time frame.

Amazon does NOT provide the technical support indicated on the website. The reps cannot answer ANY technical questions about this product. They will transfer you to Cisco, who tells you that they do NOT support any product sold by Amazon.The phone was shipped with old/obsolete firmware (sip88xx.11-0-0MPP-7) when current version is 11.2.3 MSR1-1. Cannot download firmware without a Cisco account. Neither Amazon nor Cisco could help.Does not seem possible top download custom wallpaper our ringtones on the 3PCC version of this phone.

Took a little time to get the firmware loaded, but the phone works great with 8x8, no extra firewall or router configuration was required. Also functions with CRM call popping wonderfully.

Used for VoIP phone which is not on a Cisco network and not hardwired to a Cat5. Works great.

A bit harder to configure than the average IP phone, but for the end user they are so much easier to use. I love the user interface! Everything is so sleek from the software to the hardware. This is indeed 3PCC so it works with 3rd party software like ONSIP or Ring Central. Keep in mind that if you make it Call Manager you can't go back on the firmware. The feature I like best is the Bluetooth since I can connect my cellphone and use it as a line. Lastly I do a bit of interior design and I like the sleek look of the phones for an office space. Built in Wi-Fi is a plus. Do not come with power adapter, but they are PoE. Only wish they were less expensive.
