I have an expensive electric bike and the part needed was back ordered. I ordered this one and for very little money. My bike is back in perfect shape. Be warned though. You need the right tools to replace this, but if you have access it it does the job.

less than three months old and the pedal threads have been completely stripped out of the crank. How in the world does that happen when you dont even pedal the bike?? Move on.

I’ve only used this product for about 100 miles, but it has already developed play between the pedal and gear. With the gear stationary, the pedal can now rotate around 5 degrees back and forth.This would be annoying on any bike, but on a fixed gear cycle it becomes really noticeable since you feel the backlash every time you switch from driving to resisting or vice versa. Track stands are nigh impossible.If you are just tooling around a flat neighborhood or using low gear ratios, this may work ok. For anything with high torque, standing on pedals, etc. just bite the bullet and get something a little better than this one.
