It worked fine until it didn't. It's been "cooling down" for 2 days now. I bought it in May this year, so we cannot return now. The warranty will make you pay shipping for both ways according to their policy. And thats even if you get a replacement. Money down the drain.

The print quality of this printer is extremely poor. The problem of unclear printing occurs frequently, seriously affecting my daily use. I deeply regret purchasing it.

Every disappointed this machine will not work a with my laptop says not compatible.also the paper I bought with it in rolls will not work they are too big .

Crap product. Lasted a handful of times used. Now it doesn’t connect to phone and also gave an error saying it was the wrong paper being used. I used the provided rolls from the Nelko brand. Threw that crap machine in the trash. A great disappointment.

Love how compact it is. Makes it portable which is helpful depending on where I am working. It was easy to set up, and the app is very easy to use. It prints clearly- no blurry lines.

I used this 3 times, then it died, it won’t charge at all, I charged it all night and it still won’t charge, I bought a new charger thinking that was the problem, but didn’t fix the problem, it was awesome while it worked for 3 things but now it’s worthless!! I’m not happy about it and want a refund!!!!

Got fed up with big named hand operated label printers that kept on breaking. Bought this on the off chance that it would be OK. Must admit was impressed with the print out. The only problem I find with it is if I don't print out a load of labels at once I always seem to lose the first one. It just won't start unless it knows there's some label in the right place. I've tried moving it up and down but it always chucks out the first one blank before it starts printing. This is particularly annoying because the labels aren't cheap. Other than that so far it's been brilliant.

Product was easy to install and it work perfectly a few times but after it prints out the label and leaves one blank tried to adjust but keeps doing the same

I like for everything that I own to have a “home”or a space to be put away. I know where everything goes but my children are still learning so when I have things labeled the kids can properly put things away instead of leaving it out or putting it in the wrong place. I love it!! It’s pretty cute too.
