I am so obsessed with them. I am a streamer and I’ve already got five people to purchase from this company also

I went ahead and ordered them giving the reviews in mind for a project keyboard, (why not I'm doing work on the keyboard why not add a little more flair) they are very translucent just like in the photo and come just as advertised They are very pretty and shine with my rgb very well

I really hate to be "that person" and leave low reviews on items but this one really got me. The display photo shows a really lovely, thick looking purple keycap with very bold gold lettering but, in person - they keycaps lean more towards black and less towards actual purple. Of course, if you hold them up to the light - they're definitely purple but even with a white RGB, they still look almost grey and very much not what I thought they would be. Also, the lettering itself is not that bold gold color - but more on the lighter gold side. I really wanted to use these on my black keyboard with my Everglide aqua king switches for that nice shine through but, these sadly will not give off the purple glow I want without a purple RGB (which I cannot do with this board.). I was really hoping they'd look just like the display photo but they're not even close. Hopefully I can find a board I am able to mod with my Mac and get some purple glow. Or i'll just suck it up and gift a board to someone with these lol. The print and concept of the design is super cute but they're not for me.

First: Your num-row no longer has special characters - which is dumb - and weird - and probably my biggest disappointment, but I saw the product images and expected this. If that was the only issue, I'd probably leave it at 4 stars... howeverSecond: Being transparent keycaps, I expected there would be some legibility to the keys when light passes from behind and cast a shadow on the type - this is not the case unless you have an excessively bright back-lit keyboard - like, south-facing AND north-facing LEDs behind every key maybe, and even then I have doubts about the type faces still being readable in a dark room.Third: These transparent keys are supposed to be purple, but they look like black transparent keys. I couldn't actually see the purple at all until I held up the keycaps to a bright, lamp light. Even with bright white blacklight, these keycaps do not look purple on any of my keyboards (unless I pass pink or purple backlight through, of course).Fourth: When you see the product images, you see the typeface and assume you'll get used to their unique typeface eventually - this is probably true if you like to touch-type and don't frequently need to hunt for keys - I realized after quickly removing the keycaps and having them get mixed up in a pile that some of these keys are REALLY hard to read - The I key looks like an upside-down lower case T - the T key has the same cross-bar through it like the I key - the L key looks like the I key at quick glance - it's nothing you wouldn't be able to determine from the product images, but it definitely hit me worse in person when I started putting keycaps in the wrong place by accident.Fifth: The keycaps surface is nice and gritty (like sandpaper impression), but that means the paint is less likely to adhere and more likely to start rubbing off; the paint probably has a shorter lifespan than most painted keycaps. On a more positive impression, I love all the magic circles and special key faces. I'll probably keep these keys on a less used, showy keyboard. They are definitely nice enough to look at on something like that, just maybe not on my daily driver.
