2 out of the 3 were broken. Did not know until we opened for a Christmas gift. Freaking Chinese crap. Trump tariffs can’t come soon enough!

I have tried several times. This thing doesn't work. The smoke comes out bottom. Yes I checked the mouth vent is open. So junk 😫 Don't waste your money!!!

Poor workmanship and customer service. The wooden Santa had globs of clear glue near the nose and cheek, visible dried globs of glue where the arms were attached. The white fur was tattered and came off easily when touched. There was a card in the box that said to email the company if I had any issues. I emailed them and they said if I sent them my address they’d send another one. Nothing has shown up, it’s been several weeks.

Super super cute! Looks just like classic German smoker, but for me it defeated the purpose of giving a german smoker made in China.Super cute though, handmade, good size and nice details. If that one thing doesnt bother you i would totally recommend

It is so cute! But the smoke dies quickly because there isn’t enough airflow.
