I use this tool for aluminum, with a little cutting oil it works great very smooth cut.

I ended up finding a 6 fluted 82 Deg. bit after ordering these. They appear to be decent but time will tell.

Dont waste your time using this product.. not sure if the cutter cut in the wrong angle.. it's just making my drilled hole shinier and creating more burr ..... terrible product ..

I have always used the star shaped chamfer bits and have never really had good results. They have usually left weird irregularly shaped cones as they chattered around instead of nice smooth finishes. I thought I'd give these a try and see what the fuss was about. I didn't think they would cut as well as they did. They leave beautiful conical chamfers every time

A normal countersink works better. These will work but not as good
