I think it's absolutely ridiculous to sell the blade of the saw for $1 cheaper than buying a whole new saw. It does not make me feel good buying from this company, despite this little saw being an absolute favorite piece of gear that's traveled with me from coast to coast for more than 10 years.My only complaint about the saw in general is the lack of something to keep the blade closed while it's rattling around inside your pack. Easily fixed with an elastic band.

I know the hole saw is just a few bucks more than buying just the blade. But I just needed a spare blade to toss in my hiking pack so this works great. It comes coated with something so it doesn't rust while it waits for active duty in my pack. This is a direct replacement that fits perfectly

It is the best saw I have ever owned. It's in my backpac, in my golf bag and in my car. Beware it is very sharp. It cuts both ways. You don't want to be too aggressive. Let the saw do it's work. The last thing you want to do is cut your self. One time abut 6 years ago I was jerking it back and forth in a hurry and it slipped out of the grove and hit my shoe. It shredded the top of my shoe but not my foot. I was lucky! That would have been a life time enjury.

Easy to switch out for my broken blade. I know you are supposed to pull. But, drinking changes the game up ... heh heh. Snapped the old blade. This one went on in about a minute, and is super sharp. Great replacement!

I love the saw these blades fit into. Small, compact, can replace the blades as needed (once over 10 years). Super efficient at cutting through branches for which you think you'd need a bigger saw. Go to saw for pruning branches that cannot do with hand pruners. Super efficient, sharp and last a long time.

This thing will cut, but dont twist it any side to side, or it will break a bit too easy.

Be carful when you open this packaging at the blade is extremly sharp! Works great in my 30-year old handle.
