Item arrived broken in 2 places, and is obviously made out of cheap plastic overseas. Product does say on the bottom, "Ruler is fragile. Do not crush or bend. Handle with care. I understand why they had to put this on as a warning, as it obviously is subject to cracking easily. The box it came in was unharmed. For this price I was expecting something a bit more substantial.

No, the template doesn’t bend in half or anything that flimsy but It’s not as sturdy as all my other templates. Every other one I own is unbendable. This was shoved into a box it didn’t fit in, they simply bowed it to fit. I know that’s an Amazon issue but I was surprised at it being bendable at all. I haven’t used it yet so if I find that the bendiness is an advantage, I will readjust my rating.

I had to practice on scrap fabric to get the pieces to fit. Once you figure that out, this is such a time saver.

This is a fantastic ruler for cutting curved pieces. I used it to cut pieces for a drunkard’s path quilt. I recommend using the 28mm size rotary cutter which fits nicely into the grooves for precise cutting. This ruler is everything I expected. Could not imagine cutting all of the curved pieces without it. I highly recommend.
