I'm really happy with this fryer. I've had this fryer for 3 weeks now and have used it 5 or 6 times. I've made fried chicken twice, fries, egg rolls, and pork belly. I believe it holds 1 gallon of oil and fries efficiently and effectively. The temperature also holds steady. So far, the temperature is on point and everything I've fried has been pretty damn great. The best way to avoid any oil build up is to clean it as soon as you're able to after each use. This ensures a much easier clean up as well.

Look, we make a lot of breaded chicken strips ourselves and it takes forever in a pan. This has made the process so much easier and faster! Just be prepared to pour that oil in because man can it use oil. Not a huge deal if you are good with reusing oil I guess.. assuming you only fry the same thing over and over again and make the dish often 🤔But definitely gonna burn through that oil.

This is a good deep fryer and does its job well. I loved the capacity and how it can cook big batches in one go . It's made with stainless steel so be careful it does get a bit hot to touch. Moreover, it comes with a safety switch and overheat reset that is a plus and provides with peace of mind and also the temperature is adjustable.Overall it is easy to use and clean.

The Multifunction Electric Deep Fryer does the job, but it has a few drawbacks. The 10.6QT capacity is great for cooking large batches, and the adjustable temperature and timer are handy features. However, the fryer takes a while to heat up, and the temperature control isn’t as precise as I’d like. The safety switch and overheat reset provide peace of mind, but the overall build feels a bit flimsy. It’s a decent fryer, but there’s room for improvement, especially at this price point.

This works great especially for larger quantities of food, great for gatherings, fish fries or anything done in abundance. It is very easy to set up and get ready, there are very clear and well written instructions included to get you started! The fryer is very well made and is meant for heavy usage and to last through use after use! It is very durable, easy to store and is not overly heavy if you need to move it around! Great value!
