I know this is one of the least expensive fryers, but the quality of this one is not very good. The front corners are gapped and puckered from the poor fit. It has dings in the top cover as well as scratches on the underside of the lid. Looks like it was repeatedly rubbed on some other object over and over. there is oil or some other substance on the underside of the housing. The support gussets are burned thru on one corner and not even attached on the other. The grime guard is bowed out of shape. Overall, just not a very good assembly job. Not sure if I should exchange it or get a refund. The reason I wanted this one is thetemp dial and the reset for over temp.

Arrived bent and damaged. Spent 50.00 dollars to fill with oil only to find out it would not achieve temp to fry....Disappointing

It was bigger than I expected but it is restaurant quality and it cooks stuff fast so keep an eye on it ! This is one of my favorites get you one today!

I bought this for my wife's catering business. It works good and easy to clean. I Wouldn't recommend for everyday use like in a restaurant. My wife uses it around 3 to 5 times a week and only for a few hours and this unit is ok for that level of use.

Terrible quality, arrived scratched and dented in a cardboard box with one piece of styrofoam tossed in to keep the lid down. Inside is dirty, Also Not 10L, it's about the same size as our 4 quart fryer. Very cheapy made, misaligned welds, poorly translated labels. Just aweful in every conceivable way without actually using it. Paid $90, would not buy again at any price. Manufacturer could save time and include a note that says "here, you throw this away".
