Used these on ford FE Heads fit with no issues.Of course my heads have been machined to accept these, otherwise you will need umbrella seals.All the seals were in perfect condition.I installed these about a month ago but I believe I used a 1/2 socket which was a perfect fit. Remove the spring before installing as to not damage it and then re install spring after.
