** edit **After wearing the band for a few days I noticed that the pins are too thin at the point where they secure onto the watch body. This will cause the pins to move around when walking, and may warp over time, causing the band to fall off the watch. I returned the band for a refund when I noticed this. My watch is a Forerunner 965.Easy to install as it also includes a link removal tool to adjust the band length. I find the metal band is a lot more comfortable to wear overnight than nylon or rubber ones.Minus one star because the pins which secure the band to the watch face are slightly shorter than the ones which are supplied by Garmin. They may slip out inadvertently, so I used longer pins which came with another set of bands.

the hardest part is to remove the original bracelet cause it does not have the quick release pins, like this bracelet has. The new bracelet is holding strong to my watch so far it does what is advertise.
