Well I bought these on Amazon to save a couple bucks now here I am with barely used items and nowhere to go for customer service!I bought thes shocks for my race car the end of last season. I set the adjustment no problem and installed them for the last few races of the season. The last day, last few runs I noticed a loss of traction and a wander at high speeds. Not thinking it was the NEW shocks that were a problem I put the car away for the season.Well here I am getting the car ready for the 2020 season, I decide to replace the front springs for a different rate spring. When I pull the shocks to remove the springs I immediately notice a problem! The shocks are easy to pull in and out and no matter where I put the “adjustment” they feel exactly the same, moving the adjustment feels crunchy and the clicks are barely noticeable.Well, I did save a few bucks. Do yourself a favor and heed the lesson I learned, but your parts from actual PARTS suppliers like Summit or Jegs and buy your socks from Amazon
