As someone who has used small laptop speakers his whole life, this is a whole other level of sound. The clarity and bass have jumped up enormously. I can hear everything and feel thumps when they happen. The multiple forms of connectivity have been great, I have been using bluetooth while I wait on a cord to come in and I haven't had any drops or anything. The connection is automatic after you set it up and super snappy. The volume, oh lord they can get loud. However, the minimum volume is pretty quiet as well, so I can use them at night. They look fantastic, clean and elegant. I have no complaints with them other than maybe I wish they had come with an RCA cord but it's not important when the bluetooth works so well. I love them, I would buy them again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

These speakers look good (if white works with your aesthetic), they're easy to use, sized well, and the audio is excellent. Like other reviewers, I noticed sadly the lack of an RCA-to-3.5mm stereo adapter since I wanted to plug them into a mini PC, but I had a cable for it anyway, and it sounds great.There are two negatives worth mentioning, and why I only gave it 4 stars:1. The voice audio cues that happen when you turn on the speaker or change modes. I haven't found a way to disable it. If it only happened during mode changes AND the mode was saved across power-cycles, it wouldn't be too bad. But...2. The mode selection (Bluetooth, line-in, USB) doesn't stick across power-cycles. I really wish it did, since I want line-in 99% of the time in my case, but it always defaults to Bluetooth when you turn it on.In short, these have good audio but they aren't primarily intended to be computer speakers. Fair enough--they're not sold as such, even though they work for it. But the voice cues are something to be aware of. If I could find a way to turn them off, this would be 5 stars.

I ordered these speakers so I could wire them directly to a computer and hear the startup sounds. Don't need much of a speaker for that. From there, it's all about listening to videos and stuff. As expected, they're weak on the bass end which is totally expected for speakers of this size. Over all, they are not disappointing but they're not all that exciting either. I find them... functional. They are a major improvement over the speakers in the TV I use as a monitor. They're just a nice set of little speakers that do they're job. They ain't studio monitors and they don't pretend to be.

My husband described these speakers as generic. They were not quite what I expected when I ordered boookshelf speakers. They are about 2/3 the size of my computer speakers, seem to be made of composite and have a fairly narrow range of 60 hz to 16 mhz. They are fairly versatie, with blue tooth and rca connectiions, and usb in as well. They are powered speakers so you could thjk of them as portables and would compare well to a single small blue tooth speaker (because they are stereo). When I reviewq audio equipment sound quality is my highest pri0rity and generally most of my review. These look and sound like more or less generic computer speakers. I should also menmtion that there is not a lot of bass (not a priority of mine, but I know it is for others).They were easy to set up and give you options. I personaly value sound quality more, hence my 3 star rating, but if versatility is more important to you, you might like them better than I did. As noted earlier, I would look at these as a desktop sound system rather than a room sound system, unless it is a small room.

trash. volume goes beyond a whisper and it cuts out non stop until you get volume back down to whisper levels. great speakers for a library, other than that, completely useless

I got these for my son thinking, “Hey, he needs a little sound for his room.” What I didn’t realize is that I was basically gifting him a miniature concert hall. These speakers are LOUD—in the best way possible. The first time he fired them up, I thought the neighbors were going to call to ask when our house became a nightclub.The sound quality is ridiculously good for the price—clear highs, deep bass, and enough volume to make your houseplants sway with the beat. They're compact enough not to hog his desk, but powerful enough to rattle his Legos off the shelf. Bluetooth works great, setup took about 30 seconds, and now he's the proud owner of the loudest bedroom in the zip code.Honestly, for the price, you’d think they came with a catch—but nope, just great sound and a confused cat. Highly recommend... just maybe warn the rest of your household first.
