I wish I would have ordered these sooner. They make putting in battery cables and spicing into so easy. Great product at a great price.

I used these to connect 1/0 gauge power cable for my amplifier, and the are easy to crimp, and cannot pull apart. Connection is 💯, because my amplifier turned on, and the subwoofer is poundin now. Bringin back the pump in the trunk.

You'll need a hydraulic crimping tool to crimp them but they work a treat, no more loose cable connections, rapt in these little rippers

Actually appear to be stainless versus nickel plated copper. So I would suggest deox and a good quality crimper.

I needed to extend (4) 8ga amp power leads just under a foot due to upgrading equipment and changing placement. These butt connectors worked perfectly. Crimped nice and solid onto 8ga OFC stranded. I covered the connection with double heat shrink and feel these connections are solid and will not short out.

I bought these for a set of speakers that I made with two 6.5 inch coaxial speakers and they worked out nicely. They are not insulated, But nothing that some electrical tape or heat shrink tube won't fix.🇨🇦👍👍

I ordered the 6 gauge and they're just too big. With a hydraulic crimper the sides flare out so far and don't create a nice cold weld. I could pull the wire out with a good tug. I had to crimp over it with an 8 gauge to get a solid connection.

Great product: I'm happy with the items and at a comparable price.Only regret is reading other people's reviews! I ordered a size down like others recommended and I should have stuck with the true AWG. See my picture for a comparison between true 4 gauge and the 6 guage >it's noticeably smaller. So unless people out there are buying the cheap Chinese cable which does exist and is falsely rated because it quite often sells as 4 gauge yet they're only in fact getting a 6-gauge wire.
