Worked well with my cheapo manual meat grinder. I might eventually buy an attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer as well and use the cookie press there. I would prefer all the shapes to be combined into one ( see a generic picture attached). All in all it was easy and pleasant to use but apparently my recipe needs to be tweaked. All the stars and logs melted and turned into peanuts all the same

We love to make cheese straws, but using the hand cranked cookie press gave us tennis elbow! We searched for a solution including 3-D printing a disc for our Kitchen Aid. Well, that didn’t work, so we planned to commission a die cut disc. When we saw the GEFU reportedly fit the Kitchen Aid meat grinder, we decided to try it. We are so pleased to report that it not only fits, the metal is strong enough to hold up to the thick cheese straw dough!
