Coolant Bypass Kit Compatible with 2007.5-2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Diesel Engines Transmission
The rear cylinders on the 5.9/6.7L Cummins suffer from a lack of coolant flow, and therefore, experience the highest coolant temperatures.
This can cause excessive pressure to build in the cooling system, especially the rear of the block and blow out freeze plugs externally, or the smaller diameter plugs under the valve cover, leading to a failure.
Our coolant bypass kit adds a secondary thermostat, that unlike other brands, works based on temperature instead of excessive pressure.
This solves the problem before the pressure becomes an issue by ensuring consistent temperatures across all six cylinders.
Installation Steps:
Ensure that the coolant drain plug has been reinstalled in the radiator and proceed to re-fill the cooling system.
Comes with high-quality AN o-ring fittings and AN hose connections with braided hose to ensure a leak free installation.
No installation guides are included, we highly recommend to seek professional installation.

It's pretty much identical to fleece or any other companies kit, have it on my 4th gen ram 2500 , got it on without having to remove the head at all ,just putting the valve cover and injector harness and you'll have plenty of room to access the rear head to bellhousing mount, must remove that mount and discard in order to use any of these kits no matter who makes it, you'll have to cut down main hose just a little to make it fit perfect,...couldn't be happier..I've had it on for 7 months now no issues at all...

Poorly machined and wouldn't even fit in the block where the freeze plug goes. The seal just rolls back. Spent the extra money and bought a fleece performance kit and had it installed in 30 min

The kit seemed okay but the hose was far too long and started leaking within a week. Also, the thermostat opens too early and causes the vehicle to run too cold. Recommend a better quality kit.

I went ahead and Replaced o-rings and thermostat with fleece service kit and no issues!Also it’s easier to install and service if you take your exhaust downpipe out.
