First one, the whole black valve end was broken off. Not shipping damage. The second one arrived with the two “fingers” on the valve end bent in a curve. Would’t seal, but worked OK after I heated them up and bent back to shape. Much better packaging requiredMine leaked quite a bit and made a mess when I pulled it out of the carboy. Watched the video (doh..) and realized that you aren’t supposed to pull it all the way out of the carboy. Just hold it in the neck and it will dribble back into the carboy

The check valve that allows liquid in then seals to keep it in the theif...well, it doesn't seal properly and allows liquid to drip out all over the place. I've tried to adjust it but didn't help. It's a great idea and design if it worked properly.
