If you have a Crown one piece axle the five wheel lug bolts screw into the hub. I used red loctite near the head of the bolt to keep it tight in the hub. The lug bolts are not made to fit other brands that use pressed lug bolts. The installation instruction that came with my one piece axles are confusing and the diagram looks to contradict this, but the bearing should be installed with the narrow end of the inner cone pointing toward the hub so the fat lip of the outer race makes a good seal against the outer seal. If you install the bearing the other way then the outer seal would be pressed against the rotating part of the bearing cage and will fail early. Grind the step side of the spacer until the bearing sticks out past the axle flange by 0.020"-0.050" to set the bearing preload. You will need to test fit the assembly a few times and the spacer can be tough to get back out so I made a couple notches on the thick end so I can pull it out with a hook without damaging the inner seal. On my passenger side the spacer was not long enough but fortunately I had an extra that I machined down like a thick shim. Once the spacer is machined/ground to the necessary length then grease the bearing and press it onto the axle with the bearing retainer, backing plate, outer gasket and dust shield. I used Permatex Gear and Oil Gasket Maker between the axle flange and backing plate. I reused the original four bolts that hold the backing plate to the axle.

Comes with everything needed except the correct size bolts for the hub seal plate. The bolts are wayyyyy to big but the seals and bearings fit great
