I just had to take a leap of faith regarding what the actual size of this thumbs up award is. Because when I ordered it, and at the time of this review, there were no dimensions given for it, anywhere. Oh yeah, their description for the dimensions of this, was simply a picture of it next to an iPhone... Of course, I could measure it myself and provide the dimensions in my review. But instead, I would just recommend looking for one of these where the dimensions are given for it. And while I would prefer to give this only three stars for that, I'm still going to give it four stars. Because it's not like I didn't know that the dimensions weren't given. I was aware of that before I ordered this.

This is a nice token to recognize someone for a job well done. It is a positive affirmation. Nothing fancy, but it is definitely a quality item. This reminds me of the old "Attaboys" from my military career. I guess this is the civilian version.

I'm looking for something to start buying as incentives for staff. My criteria is something reasonably inexpensive, but not hokey or clearly disposable. The one I got says, "Thank you for being awesome", which is a good multi-usable message.I was willing for it to be nothing super-special, but this turned out to be solid, heavy, and clean - a really feeling of quality that is going to feel authentic and special when it is received. Not like some cheap plastic toy. And it comes very protected in a great box that also makes it feel like you really mean it.I couldn't be more pleased, I'm thankful this company and item is going to come through.

Unfortunately, I received a 'Thumbs Up" appreciation product with notably subpar craftsmanship. The gold star on the lower left corner had excess paint and didn't look like the other three stars. The acrylic Thumbs Up is slightly weighted with good form and scale. However, the gold verbiage' and stars lack clarity and vibrancy which is essential to this appreciation gift and sentiments. Additionally, this product would have likely presented nicer without the poorly painted verbiage' and stars. Sadly, the seller initially failed to take accountability for this fabrication flaw and instead recommended I repair the star's paint problem with a knife!

Holy mackerel this thing is beautiful. I realize it may just be a "novelty" product but there is nothing cheap or novel about it. This is real glass, and it is heavy. The "thumbs up" design is perfectly detailed. The base holds the award in position with very little risk of tipping over. We have the one that's engraved "thank you for being awesome" and it was simply ideal for bestowing upon a good child to let her know how loved she is. Novelty or not, this award absolutely screams class and sophistication. Even presented in a lighthearted context this trophy is serious. This award deserves an award.
