This Speed Cable works great replacing my broken cable. Although it was a bit difficult installing, due to not having instructions, I was able to get it installed in 45 minutes.It involved removing several screws to access the clutch to remove the old cable and replace with the new one. All the machine screws were the same size socket. If I had instructions, I would have been able to locate the hex head screws that needed to be removed quicker. I am happy with doing it myself.

This was the exact part for my mower but it would be better if there were some instructions for installation.

Fast shipping and about the best price I could find online for it. It's a factory OEM part and it works perfectly. I received four cables from Amazon the same day and three of the four were aftermarket and none of those fit at all and would not work. The only one that worked was the factory OEM MTD Cub cadet here in this order that I received.The aftermarket companies need to get their tape measure out and learn how to copy the cables correctly or Amazon needs to quit saying they will fit the exact part numbers because they do not!
