This is not a small plastic item like all the stores carry. Those are so small and light I believe they could blow away in a breeze. This item is larger so it is less fatiguing to hold and has good feel as you use it.

Nice seam ripper but does not stay sharp past the 3 month. I have purchased cheaper seam rippers that lasted longer. The seller’s response is to buy a new one. Unacceptable.

When product first arrived, text on seam ripper was too small and the seam ripper side was broken. Reached out to seller and he was quick to respond and provide us with a solution. He immediately shipped out a replacement and it looks great!

This seam ripper/stiletto was purchased as a gift for a sewing friend. I found it to be of high quality and the engraving was very professional. The blue (her favorite color) was vibrant and her name stood out boldly. The covers on both ends (seam ripper & stiletto) fit tightly and were snug enough that they wouldn't fall off. Not sure how "sharp" the seam ripper was because I didn't think to try it out before I wrapped it. The stiletto end was smooth and nicely pointed and didn't have any "burrs" or defects. This is a great sewing notion to take to class when it's personalized with your name.
