A 45 Amp 2 pole CH style breaker is just about impossible to find anywhere locally. 40 and 50 amp breakers are more common, though neither are appropriate. A 40 would likely trip more often and a 50 requires heavier wiring. After 15 years, this one that feeds the downstair central A/C unit of my home decided to stop staying closed. Quick turnaround from Amazon meant that I was only down for a day, which is important in the Texas heat.

Section that holds the wires is not as large as the old circuit breaker. Works fine other than that.

Arrived on time and worked. Not sure what to say. It was an odd amperage need for my AC that depot did not carry.
