This is a good plate carrier, an improvement over what I used in the field years ago. Yes, it fits standard level 4 plates, as well as some foreign plates. It has good padding and a quick-release function that I like- if you pull the corded tab and move the component, a sliding lock separates, and the component is free. Please see my picture. One quibble, but not enough to knock off a star. There doesn't seem to be a place for side plates. That's OK because you can take a pocket knife to one of the mag dividers in the side magazine pockets and insert one, then secure it with 550 cord. Included is a six-magazine front pocket, it's a nice little MOLLE pouch. It does need properly laced into the webbing, but I thought this was a nice touch. The MOLLE attachments are to standard, and there are plenty.The material seems to be tough stuff, definitely not a low-quality knockoff. All in all, a good vest for those who are in the business. I feel comfortable recommending this for military or law enforcement use; I was military, and I'd have no problems with this. It's good quality and should last for years.Recommend.

Really well made and designed vest. The paracord pulls help release side clamps that pull up and out for a easy and quick release. These are some of my favorite features on this vest. They are located on the sides and on the fronts so you can quickly drop the vest if needed. Shoulder straps are well padded and easy and quick to adjust to size with strong velcro like material that is made the same width of the shoulder harness. The waist is also adjustable by sliding out the back and changing the stretch cord to a different slot. This one is nice and comfortable and has lots of cargo space and molle to add other useful items too.

This is actually a very well-made tactical training vest. It can be used as a plate carrier, and can actually support very heavy.Right now mine is carrying almost 30 pounds in steel plates. It has no problems, doesn't make any sort of scary sounds, And is very well padded, so it is actually very comfortable, while loaded with all of your gear, and plates.Very easy to put on, and takeoff, very cool quick release clips on the side, and shoulder. Can be strapped barely to your body, so there is no bounce. Great vest, great price, highly recommended, very well-made.
