I got this for an AM4 motherboard, but I wanted a CPU cooler that is ready for an AM5 motherboard for when I upgrade soon, and this cooler will work on both. This new DT6 CPU cooler from Darkrock is a great value for what you get. Sure it is not quite as good as a Noctura, but it is also only one third of the price, so it represents a great value for what you are getting, and it still produces similar results. It is also a huge upgrade from the poor quality CPU cooler that comes stock with an AMD processor.I like that this cooler comes with a special screwdriver that allows you to install it without first disassembling it. This makes installation go much quicker. The fans are surprisingly good quality and quiet for the inexpensive price. I figured I would need to replace the included fans with Nocturas, but the fans that come with it seem to be good enough quality, and they look really good when installed in the cooler. The only thing I didn't like is the way it is packaged. Mine was slightly damaged when it came in because the box it comes in doesn't offer good enough protection to keep it safe while in transit. Darkrock needs to improve on this in the future. For a dual tower cooler, with decent quality fans, this is probably one of the best bang for the buck coolers out there today.

Good stout and big and seems well built. Haven't installed it yet but will here soon.

This dual-tower cooler delivers impressive performance for its size—my amd ryzen 7 cpu stays cool under heavy gaming loads and motion graphics without being overly loud. Installation was surprisingly simple thanks to the pre-assembled design though the mount instructions could be clearer. The low profile fits perfectly mid tower case. This is an awesome deal at this price.

This is a fairly tall cooler, so make sure you've got the height for it in your case. That being said, it's doing an excellent job of keeping my midrange AM5 CPU nice and cool. Installation is fairly easy, as long as you haven't mounted your mobo in your case yet, as you will need to remove the stock cooler brackets and replace them with the ones provided. The unit is fairly quiet, even with the fans running at full speed. It's also nice to find an American made product that's a good value for the money. Just for full disclosure, I did use a premium cooler paste (Thermalright TF9) in place of the paste that came with the DT6.

Solid air cooler option. Quiet and cool, bulky as you'd expect. Includes everything you need including some seemingly decent thermal paste. The fans come already daisy chained with the cables tucked under the heatsinks. Simply install and pull out enough cable to reach your cpu fan header. Looks nice in a black out build and worked fine with the Ryzen 7 5800x I put it on.

The cooler felt nice and looks good in my all black and white system while keeping my AMD processor cooler than the stock cooler. A cooler CPU leads to the rest of the system temps being lower. I also appreciate the lower noise since the the fans are bigger and don't have to sign as fast. Just as easy to install as any other cooler and it's build quality feels good. It's great a great value when you factor in the cost to keep computer and your room cool.

Overall, it's a great cooler. It cools my Ryzen 7 7700 easily. It's on the cheaper side for a dual tower. The fans, despite looking generically bland, are surprisingly quiet even at higher speeds. You even get a fan splitter. However! The packaging could be a tad better. There's only a somewhat thin layer of foam to protect the cooler. I get that this helps keep the price down, but my cooler came with the front tower (the one on the right side) bent inward meaning it's pressing up against the middle fan. I tried bending it straight, but it slowly tilts back again. Thankfully, the middle fan can still spin freely and the tilt isn't too noticeable. A handful of the metal fins were also bent during shipping. I managed to straighten these as well. Not the end of the world as none of these affect the cooling really, but no one likes to open a brand new product with damage on it.

Cooler works well and was easy to install. My board is a lga1200 and just screw in the base mounts with the stand offs which comes with 2 kinds but really couldn’t tell much of a difference between them beside a slightly larger center hole on one end so wish the instructions were a bit clearer about the colors and orientation. I ended up using the yellow ones as that’s what it was indicating for the 1200 socket although in the amd bag but both sets are listed for intel depending on socket. Both both are exact same height so really don’t think it matters. The cooler you can install fully assembled with the provided screw driver handle that fits between fan and radiator. Which made this one of the easier installed coolers I’ve done. Especially in my smaller case. The lower profile height is great to as not many higher end coolers will fit and let me get my side cover on and this one was not an issue. Even Fully enclosed and I only have 1 intake fan it still keeps my i7 11700kf at 70s- low 80c while gaming. The dual fans already have an adapter so you can plug it into single header. Noise seems to be about average with most air coolers.
