4 stars case the description states you will be getting one shock. I ordered 2 and received 4 shocks. I don't know if that was a mistake but i have and extra pair now. Oh well.

Washer would keep trying to rebalance the load and take hours on the quick cycle because the wash drum appeared too loose, Replaced all 4 "shocks" which took about an hour and now 11 loads of clothes later with no problems!!!
