I purchased two of these units for a road trip and they did a decent job but my expectations may have been a little too high.The units came with Disney+ installed but having to change the settings to English Description to get audio is a pain since that setting describes what's going on on the show while the show is talking. We ended up skipping that app. I was able to download Vudu from the play store and whereas you can't stream your shows and movies you are able to add a 128 GB SD card and download movies you own to the downloads folder and watch them offline. This is what we used majority of the time. The remainder of the time the Switch was connected. Since I purchased two I only downloaded movies to one and used a HDMI cable to the IN on the second so it would mirror the first.Neither of the units came with a remote. I only mention this because the review asked me to rate the remote. A remote would have come in handy to troubleshoot issues for small children while on the road but oh well.The picture quality and sound were okay. It would have been better if the screens could sync without the HDMI cable. Overall we were able to make due but if Disney+ could work without the description being on and it came with a remote it would have definitely been worth another star.

Ok, it’s way too expensive for a 2011 product, no updates since 2011 WiFi comes and goes it please, I purchased 2 screens and 2 Bluetooth headphones and my major problem that I’m waiting on technical support is when you connect the two headphones one to each monitor works great, till you mirror one monitor with the other to watch the same movie one headphone doesn’t work!!!! We tried everything so I’m not too happy and may return the hole thing,Update 12-21after contacting tech support this is what they told meDear Customer,We are sorry that when you use HDMI, you can only use one Bluetooth headset.This is to prevent the sound from being out of sync when the two monitors are playing the same movie, so the sound will only be played from that host monitor (HDMI OUT).We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.Best regards,Annawhy would I purchase two monitoring if ONLY ONE child can use the headphones??? I also mentioned to Anna that there's no updates since 2011 that's 10 years with no updates?? when you click to check for updates it tells you that you are up to date with the latest software 2011I am in the process of returning this monitoring's that cost me over $500 for both plus the $80 for both Bluetooth headphones and will be purchasing the ones that are 10" DVD players with headphones that has channel 1 and 2 with HDMI input for $257 for the whole set and will use a firestick to gain access to all other services if I want to use. this DDAUTO monitoring is way over priced for the garbage they are.

Bought this media player as a Christmas gift for kids since they always like playing cellphone in the backseats, this large touch screen would be better for their eyes than watching cellphones. It is out of our expectations because of its powerful functions and solid quality. The screen is sensitive and has quick responses even when driving on the unpaved road, the builtin high-resolution screen can be viewed clearly from wide angles without reflections. The most impressive is the great performance of the app extension, it can even download and install Apps like a tablet (I even linked it to my laptop using the HDMI port), we have lots of fun with it.

I spent most of the night playing around and setting up the tablet. The item comes very well packaged with everything you need to get it hooked up inside your car or inside your home! Two power adapters, one AC for the house and one cigarette for the car. Also included is another cable for RCA in and out along with hard wired DC power. HDMI cable was a great included item felt good that would last inside of a car.Entire screen feels very well made. I don’t think it will break under normal use. The mounting system is very sturdy and attached very easily to my Tundra. It takes about 30secs to a minute to power up. During that time you can set the logo to match your ride and a reminder to fasten seatbelts. Once it on you can access all you apps an input. I installed the following apps and have no issues with playback. Netflix, Google Play Movies & TV, Disney+, Youtube Kids, Amazon Prime Video. I also installed a 128gb micro sd card into the screen. Was able to download a ton of shows for offline watching while on the road. I had no issues with installing any app I wanted to use. I did follow the trick to get Disney+ installed using the method in the FAQ. All apps work great and I had no issues or crashes with any of the app I used. Play store updated many of the apps I was very happy to see it there.HDMI input is also a reason why I got this screen. I wanted to be able to hook up my child’s nintendo switch. Launching the HDMI app turns on the input and I get to see the switch displayed perfectly on the screen. Looks just as good as my high end TV at home. I also tried to install a chromecast into the HDMI so I could launch movies and shows from the front seat. Had no issues with doing that. Screen handles the input and displays a perfect image!The other neat add on is the LED light on the bottom of the unit. I wasn’t sure I would like it. However, it acted as a night light so I could see my child in the back instead of turning on lights. You can set it to different colors and help act as a night light to find stuff without waking my child.This is well worth the money spent and I feel should last a long time. My note 10+ currently runs android 9.0 This tablet is keeping up with the times and I don’t think will feel outdated for sometime. I highly suggest to anyone thinking about a rear screen for their vehicle to get this!
