Product arrived promptly and professionally packaged. Looks like new. It was easy to install and started right up. I'm not to tech savy and found this pc to suit all my needs. Great value.

When I got it, I had a slight problem. The Power cable included was loose when plugged in.

I have been using mini pc for long time. When looking to replace it I ran into this great offering from Amazon. Space no issue so I bought and have to say this Dell is great, quiet and fast with much more memory! Even came with Windows 10 Pro and, an unbelievable value.Keep up the good work Amazon.

Out of the box, it was really good. Set up was very easy because of the preinstalled Windows 10 Pro. Came with a nice keyboard and an average mouse which was a bonus. The only complaint I have is that the Wi-Fi dongle that came with the computer wasn't the best. Even though my house has very strong Wi-Fi, it was still underperforming. Other than that, it was amazing, especially for its price. For people new, here is everything you get:Dell OptiPlex 3020 with 8gb DDR3L 1600mhz RAM (can hold up to 16gb if you want to upgrade it (does not support 1833mhz RAM)), 500GB HDD (Not SSD), Intel i5-4590 at 3.3ghz (3.7ghz turbo), and a DVD reader.Keyboard and mouse with instructions (Keyboard is good but mouse is terrible (also the micro receiver is in the mouse. You can open it up))Power cordWi-fi dongleOverall great. 4/5 stars.

Es un excelente CPU por el precio y al final del día trabajo bien. Me llegó en excelentes condiciones y rayones mínimos imperceptibles. Por adentro la computadora estaba como nueva.

Update:Wow. Yeah, I left a review right after getting it, and thank goodness I waited before handing it to my father-in-law. In died the next day (after this review) and they said the only thing I could do is return it, which kind of makes sense. But regardless, it wouldn’t turn on. Honestly, I was a little surprised at how well it looked for an older used computer, but there was definitely some signs of use. That being said, first thing is the price. I mean, it's less than $200 regular at the time of my purchase (it was on sale for my purchase), so it's nothing too crazy expensive.Next, this PC isn't good enough to play hardcore games on, but for a general office computer, perfect. The motherboard can run up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, which is what most would only need anyways (it's what my rig has), so that's great to know. I wouldn't be putting money into the new RAM myself, but it is an option.You can also add 2 back panels for addition things like a wireless card, USB-C ports, and so on.Lastly, it comes with Windows 10. You should know, you can NOT install Windows 11 out of the box (more on that later). However, it has Windows 10 Pro, and that should be fine for the majority of users anyways. This has TPM 1.2, and Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0 or higher. This is a physical piece of hardware that can be difficult to find to ensure it fits the motherboard, but I'm not even sure this motherboard can take TPM 2.0. Alternatively, you can get a CPU that has fTPM, but I also don't think this motherboard would support that high end of a CPU.Lastly, I would highly recommend you upgrade the storage. By a cheap SSD (you can get a 240GB one for ~$40 CAD), reinstall Windows on that drive, then use the storage that came with the PC as a second drive. I personally always recommend this because the speed of an SSD is light years faster than an HDD. At first I thought this is a real good computer came with a Windows 10 and it was a lot faster than my other computer but now 6 months later the computer will not turn on Don't know what's going on with it at a time where it's hard to afford things now I have to get another computer for my business I really didn't use many different things on this computer it was basically for email to customers printing scanning etc Performance was good but what does that matter if it only lasts 6 months if this company had any integrity they would replace it with another one I called tech support they said that after getting the express code the computer is 7 years old and it was refurbished therefore they cannot even help me even though they could they weren't going to this is truly pathetic I know it's not Amazon's fault but they really need to be careful about what they're selling economy so bad right now business or so slow inflation at an all-time high and this is the last thing I needed do not recommend to anyone to get one of these computers now I got to figure out what I'm going to do 😡

Cumple con todas las especificaciones mencionadas en la publicación. La memoria ram es de 8GB... El digo duro es de 500 GB... Trae su unidad de DVD. Trae Mouse y teclado que cumplen con lo muy básico, pero funcionan muy bien.La computadora funciona de maravilla está muy bien armada y programada, es muy rápida, ideal para el uso diario, para la escuela incluso para producción de videos con filmora 9. El internet funciona muy bien.Se entiende que no es una computadora de diseño gráfico que por su precio está más que entendible. Pero tiene un excelente rendimiento y hasta puede llegar a lo semi profesional (en algunas cosas).Al ser renovado se tiene ciertas dudas... pero es mi tercer producto renovado y me han salido excelentes.

No se si ponerle 3 o 4 estrellas porque es lo que el producto merece por naruraleza, pero aparte el proveedor no hace un trabajo relevante para entregar un reacondicionamiento de calidad.De entrada el cable de alimentacion no funcionó, no he logrado que la bandeja de dvd se expulse, el teclado trae una base de tecla rota por lo que la tecla esta muy floja en su posicion, el mouse sin mousepad no hace el tracking bien, el teclado (creo que marca kingston) sucio, el mouse (lenovo) menos sucio, los tornillos de cierre de la tapa de la carcaza venian sueltos... Despues de lidiar con todo esto y poner el equipo en marcha en realidad el equipo ha funcionado excelentemente bien y si no le fallan los componentes internos va a ser una excelente compra sin duda por el precio, la queria para usarla con un software de modelado 3D ingenieril y hasta el momento no se ha alentado para nada, incluso no trae puerto hdmi y le incluyeron un adaptador display port a hdmi que es lo que estoy usando para mi display, y la tarjeta de wifi por usb ha funcionado excelentemente.MUY dificil de darle una calificacion a algo que me esta sirviendo perfectamente al ponerlo a andar pero que llego en condiciones de usado/sucio en buenas condiciones pero que debio llegar en condiciones de reacondicionado que tengo entendido deberia ser casi como calidad de nuevo o que casi no se note que ha sido usado.

When reading other reviews for refurbished computers I had set my expectations somewhat low on what exactly I would receive. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this computer. The computer itself is in very good condition with no marks or blemishes. I took the side panel off to see the condition of the interior and it was dust free and in excellent condition. I checked the system specs and everything matched what I had ordered. The mouse and keyboard appear to be brand new, are inexpensive models, and match the system well in terms of quality and looks. I tested all the hardware and everything worked as expected. Windows 10 enabled without a hitch. The system itself runs cool and quiet.The only item that surprised me somewhat was the "WiFi". This was not built into the system, instead it came as a separate dongle that is about the size of the tip of my thumb. It plugs into one of the USB ports and seemed to work okay. In the end we chose not to use the WiFi dongle as there is a Ethernet connection near the system and prefer the higher speeds of a wired connection.All in all, a very good value.
