I've had 2 previous Dells and wouldn't be happy without one. A Dell lasts me for 10-11 years. I found new the ones at stores that were $1,600 or more and did not want to spend that much in today's economy. I took a chance on a refurbished and am very pleased. This screen is the largest I've had and it took some time to get used to it, but now I love it. I don't like using the cell phone or tablet in place of a desktop. Shipping was fast and well packed. It did have one small scratch at the top of the screen, but with the computer on, it's not noticeable. To save a grand, I don't mind a small scratch. I did use a 'geek squad' to transfer all my programs and information but it was only $100 and well worth it.

Very Nice for the price.Comes with Window's 10 and upgrades to Window's 11 easily.It doesn't have internal wifi/network card, but comes with a Dongo (found when tossing out the packaging.The Dongo is a bit weak so I recommend purchasing a better one.Over all a nice computer.Beats HP hands down.

I gave it 4 stars because the back of the computer had big scratches. Besides that, the PC booted and the performance is great! The keyboard and the mouse it came with was old, I connected to a new set of bluetooth mouse and keyboard. It has plenty of HDMI/USB/MicroUSB ports and you can expand this PC. I would come back in another 3-4 months and leave another review on how things are.
