PC is faster than my old one, I hate that almost all of my documents and stuff has to go through the cloud. I had to take it off and redo. Windows 11 is a pain to get used to. I don't need to purchase 365 as I am on a social security budget. My other computer was more efficient but old.

I got this out of necessity. I had my previous PC for about 10 years, but it wasn't eligible to upgrade to Windows 11, so I needed a new one by October 2024, when security updates for Windows 10 would be discontinued. I was waiting it out, but in recent months, my PC was running slower and not connecting to WiFi as easily. Some days, it was like I was back to dial-up; it was so frustrating.I've always used Dell PCs, so I wanted to stick with this brand so I was looking through Amazon, and this was one of the cheaper ones, so I got this, although it didn't have any reviews at the time. So that's why I figured I should leave one. It's been about 3 weeks and so far, so good. It was easy to set up, boots up quickly, and connects to my home WiFi instantly. I've got two external hard drives that I've plugged into the back. I used to have an external DVD drive, but this one doesn't need that. I can burn DVDs right in the PC. I can also play music CDs (I haven't tried burning one). It's equipped to use 2 monitors at once, but I only need one. This PC is working for my needs, I would recommend it.
