Is your pickup hard to start? Does it start sometimes just fine and others not at all. Does it not start at all?If it's not getting fuel (cranks without starting), go to your diagnostic port and bridge the FP to the B1 with a wire. Does it suddenly fire right up? Well then looks like this relay is bad. Buy it. It works. It's the cheapest place you can get it.
