These are the correct spark plugs for the 199x-2001 Isuzu Trooper. There's something about them, dual purpose spark plug and knock sensor, but you have to use these exact spark plugs so you don't get a check engine light. Very picky, but not hard to find.

So far so good. I say this because the spark plugs that were in this Mitsubishi looked great, but were in various stages of coming out of the holes. The only difference I could see was that the existing plugs were threaded to end, while these "approved" plugs had about a sixteenth of an inch area with no threads at the end. Hope these will stay put.

Do not use anything else... these are a special sensing spark plug... using anything else will cause you to get a check engine light!Do a little research online for more details... just know that the Isuzu v6 motor does not like anything else.Good luck!

I ordered these plugs for my '01 Infiniti I30t. According to Amazon, (and other automotive parts sites) these Denso plugs will fit the Nissan / Infiniti VQ30DE-K engine. After I received them and did a little more research with previous owners and my mechanic, I learned that these should not be installed in the VQ engine. The OEM plugs for this engine are the NGK Laser Platinum #2647. I have been told by several people that if anything other than these plugs are installed, you run the risk of the engine issuing an error code, (check engine light). I decided not to take a chance and returned the plugs for the NGK`s. I`m sure these plugs are fine and maybe they would`ve worked but I`d rather spend the extra couple of dollars a plug to know that I have the OEM plugs in and hence, peace of mind.
