I was very excited to find a reasonably priced breech for my daughter in the 18-20 size range. Out of the bag they looked great on her, and we were pleased. She wore them to the stable and of course returned home dirty.I followed the care instructions, washing in cold water and am hanging them to dry. They were washed alone. It's like they are coming apart at the seams and there is a lint that came off the fabric but has settled all over them.We have a pair of kerrits breeches that were handed down to us that she has worn at least 8 times (and washed that many times)...along with however many uses the rider before her got out of them.Yes, these were a bargain on their face but I feel like I just flushed the money down the toilet. Clearly we can't return since they have been worn and washed. I'd say opt for a better quality breech even though it means spending more money.
