This product is a good idea if it would fit... Some dialysis patients have access port in the wrist area. So having a silicone bracelet too tight can be harmful..I called the company to ask about larger size or making it bigger. Rae called back & left a message. Larger sizes are not available at this time...This product would be ok for a skinny teenager, not an adult.. measure the width of your hand across ,if its bigger than 4 inches i would suggest not buying this. Thank you
