The wheel is well constructed and true, but the grit designation is suspect. It was supposed to be 320, which was denoted by a single low-quality sticker that peeled off fairly quickly. The wheel is rougher than a 60 grit diamond wheel from a major US supplier even after trying to break it in. I tried reorganizing my wheels to make it work but there is just too big of a jump and I will be looking for a new source.
