Upon opening the box, the plastic panel was peeling back. The knob promptly fell off as well.

This control board fit exactly like the original and was a quick easy install. Well, easy if you can read a wiring diagram (I can) or remember to mark the connections on the original board before you remove it - the wire colors don’t match the original. This was a fantastic value for the price. In under 15 minutes I went from a dead grill to smoking brisket!
