You can’t read the dial for temperature. So you don’t have real control over what the temperature is. This product is really cheaply made. I guess if you don’t have the funds to buy a better one it’s fine. But I can’t imagine this one lasting any length of time

These are great for dimming any kind of light you just plug it in and adjust. I use them for my bearded dragons basking lights. And they work like a charm. I highly recommend. 10 stars

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!! FIRE/EXPLOSION RISK!!!!!!!!!This product literally almost set my house on fire. It was being used to dim/adjust a low wattage lamp, when suddenly it began smoking and caught fire. It was plugged directly into the wall, then into the lamp. It was not sitting on a hot surface whatsoever.THANK GOODNESS I WAS IN THE ROOM WHEN IT HAPPENED, OR I COULD HAVE LOST MY HOME AND MY PETS!!!!!!!!!!
