As a prior reviewer stated, the threads on the black collar for one of the light sockets that keep the glass attached to the light fixture are insufficient to hold the glass up, and the black collar slides off from the weight of the glass. It has very poor construction and/or quality control processes. I attempted to reach out to the vendor through Amazaon, but could not. And as with the other reviewer who posted a video, my lights are also already installed.

This lighting system is simply gorgeous. I have this installed in my kitchen. I ordered the three lamp size and it was perfect for the space I needed.The lamp is glass and wood, and I’m already thinking of the Christmas garland I want to hang on it for next year’s holiday.So easy to assemble, attach the shades and you’re good to go. The bulbs give a bright light, and the shape adds a definite ambiance to the room.These definitely look like they cost much more. I’m planning to order the 5 lamp size for my dining room.I wish I had gotten this sooner!

Thank you to the seller for accommodating me with extra downrods even though it was my fault for not reading the description closely enough. This was the style my wife wanted and we're happy - they even sent extra wire!
