Nice looking. Works fine. Only complaint is the pretty housing has an odd shape making it hard to stack together with other equipment so a bit awkward in my setup as a result.

works as advertise for about a week. then a random disconnecting and reconnecting while using 2.5gbe port for my computer. did all the troubleshooting like Changed ethernet cable, restarted modem/router, PC and the switch, still does the same, switch reliability is awful. would not recommend!

Mijn verbinding in huis werkt nu sneller , Nas en enkele pc samen gaan vlot, nu zonder haperingen, wat ik niet gedacht had, is dat mijn internet sneller binnenkomt.Super tevreden, verbinding tussen de 2 switchs is nu 2.5Gb/s

Voilà 1 mois que ce switch fonctionne chez moi.C'est assez bluffant, car dorénavant mon réseau interne en aval de ma box fibre fonctionne vraiment très très très bien alors que la plupart de mes périphériques à domicile sont seulement en 1G.Je n'ai plus d'erreur de sauvegarde de mes VM de serveur distant et des taux de transfert ordi/nas inconnu auparavant. Je ne sais pas si cela est dû à la qualité des puces où des micrologiciels, mais vraiment je le redis c'est autre chose que tout ce que j'ai connu avant.J'avoue que je croyais que tout cela se valait, les puces sortant toutes +/- des mêmes usines. Et bien visiblement non !Et bonus pour la désactivation possible des LED !

This is not your typical plastic case, or thin sheet metal switch. This baby is thick formed metal. After 4 weeks of it doing its job, has not got hot even once. I have it maxed out on a 2gb fiber and am having zero issues. Couple of power outages in my area during this time and it always comes right back up with no issues. The RGB is button select on the device so no software to change it. You get 3 modes, off, white and color coded by your link speed. and it works great.

A D-Link purchase after a long time. This unmanaged switch is well-built, pretty solid heavy aluminium shell, fanless so absolutely quiet. RGB lights are fixed, no changing pattern except brightness. Looks good, but shape is such that you cannot stack anything over it. No holes underneath, so cannot be hung on a wall either, you can just put it on a flat surface.Could test only using 1GbE connections, as I am in the market for 2.5GbE NICs (TX201 but no luck yet). 1GbEs work just fine.
