This company has apparently decided to cut corners but not change its listing. Was purchasing this off of a recommendation of it being a decent quality, beginner mold, and that it came with several additional items and in a nice box (trivial but wanting to point out all inconsistencies) The item arrived- absolutely not with anything other than itself in a plastic bag and in a cardboard box. It seems to be solid and sturdy, but definitely not the kit advertised as even shown in the photos for the color I purchased. I went through amazon customer service and was assured by the chat associate that a replacement would include the missing items. Well after waiting a week, surprise, it did not. I am returning both items….displeased at the inaccurate listing- I’ll spend a little more and not on Amazon for a better mold with an honest listing.

These dice molds seem sturdy but after two uses, the silicon of the mold and the numbers started to break off. Also due to the manufacturers leaving bits of glue inside the dice molds, they leave cavities on the dice numbers, faces and edges. These defects were reproduced in both sets that were made with these molds. The molds are also too rigid and makes taking the cured dice out a hassle and a half. Will be returning them immediately.

This is a great place to start with dice making. The dice come out with a good finish making post processing minimal. Would recommend

It does work really well but I'm on my second one because no matter how easy I demold the dice I've gotten rips on both d20 and d10 spots

Seems like a decent mold (haven’t used it yet) but was disappointed to find that the extra items pictured were not included so if you think you’re getting a whole starter kit for the price, it’s just the mold, which feels a bit steep for an Amazon product (you can buy a better quality off Etsy for not much more). Had I known, would’ve just gone with Etsy.

Super durable and definitely locks in place with a tight seal. Dice came out great!

Pros: cheap way to practice making dice. Love chance of bubbles when using in pressure potCons: I've bought 5 of these molds. The first 3 had the 3 on the d8 reprinted which would show up on the dice. The most recent 2 molds I received did not have that issue. Every single mold I've gotten has ripped after 1-2 uses. I would not recommend this if you're trying to make gifts or to sell as the bumps they produce are annoying to get rid up during sanding. Also sometimes my d20s come out concave and sometimes they dont

Positives:Seems very durable. Might be the toughest mold I have ever bought.Beautiful, simple numbers with proper proportional sizeCompact, no extra wasted spaceCons? More like things you have to be aware ofMatte finish.Smaller than other “normal” sets (but not by much)It’s been harder for to the clean the flash off the top of the mold. Normally it peels right off but on this silicone it doesn’t want to come up in one piece like it does on my other molds. It breaks apart and very slightly sticks to the surface. This is waaaaaaay better than o e of the $8 molds on this site. If you’re just starting or want a great set of matte dice, check these out.

Had an idea for my partner that involved making them a set of polyhedral dice for Christmas, did the research and found that this was one of the most recommended for beginners. From everything I've seen, the item comes in a metal tin with extras such as mixing cups and utensils, so I thought this great for what I needed.Item turned up without extras in a small cardboard box labeled 'your gift'. As I've seen other reviews on here that DO contain the extras I an only assume that mine has been reboxed at some stage, which leaves me very worried that it could have defective numbering or similar. Also now have to buy everything else required to use this item, two weeks before Christmas, and can't send the item back because it's the most important part of the process aside from the resin.

The mold itself is lovely, solid, but pliable and I have been so excited to use it. It is also really pretty and turns out great dice. However, I have only used it twice and already a chunk of silicon has come out of the D8. Not a small tear from demolding (which should not happen after 2 uses anyway) but a proper chunk, like there may have been a bubble in the silicon or something weakening the edges of the mold. While the initial cost of the mold was fair, only getting 2 sets out of it makes is very much not cost effective and I now need a replacement.
