Is trivial as it seems, even the way the game was packaged to prevent damage was impressive. Zero blemishes or scratches and 100% operational . No critique at all.

We bought this video game for our kids (and me) for Christmas. When it arrived unfortunately it had some damage due to the shipper. The machine was packed well but the shipper did not treat it well.I called customer service after hours (there was actually a direct phone number) and to my great surprise Julie from Doc and Pies called me first thing the next morning BEFORE their regular opening hours. She immediately worked out a solution for me and was extremely responsive each time I called back. I had questions later about how to change settings on the machine and they just put a tech on the line and addressed it immediately! Honestly, I can't say enough about how professional Julie and the team was.The machine itself is just great. LOTS of great games exactly as I remembered them from decades ago. We had so much fun with it that we bought a second machine! Yes, that sounds crazy, but we were having so much fun playing it together that we didn't want someone to always be standing and waiting while the other was playing. And with SO MANY great games on the machines I don't see us getting bored of them any time soon.Overall a great product and great service. Couldn't be happier.

Great purchase. Plugged it in and it turned right on. Can in great condition all the stickers still on no damage clear picture 512 games on there only problem was that there was no way to back out once in game to get back to the main menu so you either have to wait and leave it alone for 10 minutes and it will go back to the main menu on it own or turn it off and back on. My dad loved it. it was a great Christmas gift.

The unit arrived undamaged and boxed well. Turned it on, played a few games, then it froze. I turned the unit off and now it won't reboot. Lemon.Waiting to hear back from seller. Depending on how they handle the situation, I will adjust my review. Very disappointing.POSITIVE UPDATE: Seller worked with me a lot to make this situation better. They take customer service very seriously. Although there were some issues, they went out of their way to make me happy. I did subtract one star since the experience wasn't perfect (I think a 5-star rating is reserved for perfect situations), but all in all I ended up being a satisfied customer. Don't hesitate to buy from this seller. If there is an issue, they will work to make it right.

First thing was when I opened the box and unwrapped the game. The plastic screen was not installed so I had to do that. Than in a couple of hours the sticker which you see came off. Too cheep to paint the pictures on they used decals with bad glue. This game was very over priced and not worth the money. I would not recommend this product.
